I am Caiphus Chauke (37), born on 19th September 1975 at Mamelodi West (Pretoria) to Samuel and Josephine Chauke. I am a recipient of the Nelson Mandela Scholarship for Leadership Development. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics (Vista); a Master of Science degree in Economic Management and Policy (Strathclyde); a Master’s degree in Development Studies (Free State) and a Master of Philosophy degree in Development Finance (Stellenbosch).
