Started Dj'ing in '93 after a brief love affair with hardcore, but quickly realised that house music was my real mistress. I've always had a passion for the underground, and though my drive for mixing has somewhat fluctuated over the years, my love of all things technoid and non mainstream has never waned. I almost gave up DJ'ing altogether on more than one occasion due to psychological issues and life in general, but strangely, it has become my rock over the course of the last year or so. Now I won't go into the whys and wherefores of this, but let's be honest here, current events suck big time!
Without my DJ gear and a handful of beers, I think I would have given up on life altogether. So now I've found a new spark so to speak, and the creative juices have flowed out into some marathon sets I thought could never be possible, and I've even got it together to put myself out there at last.
I may have done this 20 years too late, but it's time to roll back the years at cafedelmike :)
