I dig this mix too, except that I listen while I am working and things like the Shrimp Boat bit have a sort of visceral effect on me, one of irritation...it's like letting myself get bit by mosquitoes. Then again, it's short, and the segue from the Shrimp Boat to the Roy Acuff is brilliant and worth it. And then going from Roy Acuff to Sam Shalabi verges on programming virtuosity...it has an emotional effect that's very curious.
This mix makes me wish I had a better stereo and a darkened listening room. Like it lots, and thanks.
i understand about Shrimp Boat, the shortness is important (ha ha)... thank you, you have made my week.
