The biggest influences that shaped my style are the Sonidero movement that initiated in the 60s in Mexico City DF. The owners of these sound systems traveled throughout Latin America to discover hidden music gems across all Latin America searching for music in counties like Cuba Colombia Central and South America. California Chicano culture from the 70's which gave birth to the iconic Lowrider culture that continued throughout the 80's with it roots in Funk and Soul combined with East and West Coast Freestyle and Miami Bass. Chicago House and Detroit Techno which birthed many electronic genres that now exist in a plethora of electronic sub genres and played worldwide. 90s Hip Hop and Latin House and Dj Turntablism movement including the Dj battle competitions like the DMC and ITF and now I find influence in newer fusion genres such as Moombahton of the 2000's and all forms of music multi format music mashups. I try to incorporate pieces of all these influences
