Bytz (aka Medivm) has been producing all flavors of electronic music and audio experimentation for nearly two decades. With roots in NYC, Detroit, & Ukraine, he has been instrumental in the rise of Brooklyn as a center of electronic music, curating and producing over a thousand events in New York City, encompassing techno, house, bass music, dub, sound art, & jazz.
Bytz has performed on 4 continents, including in Berlin, Paris, Bangkok, Kyiv, Bombay, Lisbon, and Hanoi; at the Mysteryland, Elements, & Gather festivals; at acclaimed warehouse parties such as Blkmarket and Rinsed; at top nightclubs in NYC, including Output, Cielo, Elsewhere, and Sullivan Room; and has held residencies at TBA Brooklyn, National Underground and Bossa Nova Civic Club. He founded Secret Guests collective in 2014, and co-founded the critically acclaimed Bushwick A/V afterhours series.
More recently, he has turned his attention to Asia, producing RE:FIX Festival in Bangkok and Pure Phangan Fesival.
