I was born on 13th January 1955 in Dist. of Columbiato a businessman for a father and a nurse for a mother. At my birth, my parent were very busy with their profession. Given the name Bill John, little did I know that one day I will become great in the society.
I went to the Jestan Elementary School in the suburbs of Soth Carolina State. At school, I was quickly fitted in the new friends. In 1975, I joined the South Carolina College for my political Science major. Here, my dream to become a politician became so clear. After two years, I completed my course successfully.
