DJ Agosten’s main artistic vocation is devoted to the DJ mix, which he considers as an artistic activity in itself. He attaches great importance to promoting creativity in beatmatching and harmonic mixing. He says with some enthusiasm that he has been a privileged - but unpretentious - witness for over four decades of the emergence and democratization of the mix and remix practice in the DJ culture.

He became interested in the art of mixing in the early 80s when listening to the Tony Prince “Disco Mix Club Show” on Radio Luxembourg “The Great 208”. Since then, his passion for DJing has never left him, and he got interested into playing successively different styles of music : Funk, Rap, Chicago House, Garage, Techno, Drum & Bass, Trip Hop and Nu Jazz.
He now devotes his passion to mixing in Funky House, Nu Disco, Garage and Indie Dance styles.

Since october 2014, he incorporated the Lite Licht Records label, and became a resident DJ at the Grenoble radio station Max Radio 94.5 FM.
