DJ Spaghetti

Austin, Tejas, United States

Started as a fluke in the mid-90s, DJ Spaghetti spun off of a project making music for art openings after remixes spaghetti-western theme songs for an art show title "Zombie Hands for Sister Sarah." After releasing a bootleg CD title "Techno for Texans" featuring remixed classics country songs, the Spaghetti Man found himself playing at SxSW and getting played on local and national NPR. Now armed with two turntables and a microphone, DJ Spaghetti specializes in remixed classics (his own and others) as well as darkhouse via his alter ego DJ Mano Mal.
