I'm Chris Matthews, and I love music from the 80s and 90s, especially dance and Euro classics from the clubs of the era. Some of my favourite artists include Pet Shop Boys, Erasure, ABC, The Shamen, Visage, Kraftwerk, Shannon and many many more.

I host a weekly show on 1radio playing some of the best remixes of 80s and 90s tunes, along with regular features like "The One That Got Away", where I play a track that missed out on the UK Top 40, "The Top 40 Breakers", looking at some of the climbers and new entries from this week's charts in a specific year - playing tracks that never get much airplay on everyday radio, plus The Essential Album - three tracks from a seminal album that deserve another play.
