Born in Chiba, Japan.
He started learning classical piano and singing at the age of 4 and at the age of 5, he appeared a nation-wide child singing radio show as a prefectual singing contest winner.
In his high school days he formed and performed in a fusion/ brass soul band "Truth" as a pianist . The band attracted school wide audience as festivals to supported by a fan club and continued to an AOR band "La Flamme" unitil the age of 20.
In his university days, after he withdrawn from performing in some bands, he joined an inter-university association to plan and handle series of university students' event “Mazda College Sound Festival” tying up with Mazda Motor company, Hakuhodo ( the leading advertising agency) and Nippon Hoso( nationwide radio broadcaster) to produce Bakufu Slump, Seikima II and Haru.
