I'm just a southerner who woke up one day on a farm in the Upper Midwest. So ... a reverse snowbird?

I'm also a Mobile DJ serving the southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa area - basically anywhere you might catch me on KBEW out of Blue Earth.

Ironically, it wasn't til I left the south as an [alleged] adult that I finally got into country. With that one big gap patched, I'm about as well-rounded and knowledgeable as they come. And while I don't speak Spanish, I do have a ton of Latin music and am always down to learn a new niche. Niches are my jam.

Aside from on-air work I mostly do weddings these days -- but also the occasional school dance, corporate event, or private party. I've done karaoke and trivia, and even had a weekly peak-night club residency back when I was a city kid. I'd love to find a regular bar gig again, actually.

What can I say? I dig catchy tunes with solid grooves, and I get off on being a party-starter! You should probably hire me to start yours. ;)
