Who is DJ Boogaloo? His name is known around the world. DJ BOOGALOO is a trailblazer. For more than a decade, DJ Boogaloo reigned as Memphis’ most poplar radio personality, reaching more than 1.5 million listeners a week. When his voice is on the airwaves, an estimated fifty percent of individuals tuned into a radio station in metropolitan Memphis are listening to him.

Raised in the heart of South Memphis, he managed to maintain an unrelenting focus on his musical career goals. He has been disc jockeying since the eighties and producing music for seven years. One of his most significant contributions was portraying himself plus providing voice-overs throughout the Academy Award winning picture, "Hustle & Flow". For his incomparable talents, Boogaloo has received multiple awards and recognition.
