A bit of a rush at the end of the year to slim down my footprint here. Will try and reduce it a little further but at least will not add a new mix without first removing one. Now that the majority are from the last three years they are already save…

I've been using this site for just over 10 years now and in that time have uploaded somewhere in the region of 200 mixes. Some of the mixes haven't attracted much interest in recent years so I'm intending to archive some of them.

Is it really over 2 years since I wrote anything here!

Who knows what will happen over the next couple of weeks/months. Me? I'm a bit nervous, a couple of months shy of my 69th birthday, an ex coal miner with asthma who has had major heart surgery and has ongoing circulatory problems.

Here's all four of my Festive mixes in one place. Apart from the next release from the Vault I'm going to have a little break for a few weeks so that I can truly absorb the Ambient albums I got for Christmas.

Time to dust down the mirror ball and get the Christmas deccies up. Oh, I do love my twinkly lights! Hopefully got a few festive delights up my sleeve for you, with a seasonal find from the vault, something chilled for cosy nights in and 3 helpings …

Hardly thought a week ago that I would be writing another post so soon. Your response has been amazing, so much so that little old me seems to have got more than 1,000 followers now.

Like any good radio presenter I feel that I should give you a heads up of my future plans. To be honest it's not a lot just some minor tweaks here and there.
