Bob Rosenberg became the first Hot Mix-Master for Hot 105 Miami in June, 1985. Call out research confirmed that his Hot-Mixes (Mashups) were the main reason people listened to Hot 105.

In 1986 Bob went into the studio to record the first song he had written, produced and performed on. In May of 1987 Bob resurfaced with his band that he named "Will to Power" with the Number One Hit "Dreamin"
Followed up by "Say it's Gonna Rain", The Ballad Mashup, "Baby I Love Your Way/Freebird", "Fading Away", "I'm not in Love".
