I am a contemporary composer who works in a conceptual aesthetic that eschews traditional notation systems and in turn, creates a new tablature for the performer. Influences include the art of Lucio Fontana, Dadaist Etymology, Alberto Burri (Combustion); the music of Morton Feldman, Pierluigi Billone and John Cage.
I am a Founding Member of Laboratorie New Music.
Laboratorie New Music represents a new aesthetic in contemporary new music. We are a music label, publishing house, and web presence set forth to define a ‘Blue Ocean’ approach to a radically disruptive medium of musical development and interpretation.
We evolved from the activities of a group of composers and performers who are intent on being productive and inventive in the cause of new music.
