The past should be a learing experience, not an everlasting punishment. Whats done is done, it cannot be changed or altered in any way. Going over ordeals faced will only slow the move towards the future, MY FUTURE!! The past is behind me and will not be a part of my life any longer. My future is exactly that, MINE and I will not allow the past to contine on in my reality, my happiness, my LIFE.
