Beta represents two UK based imprints. Beta Birmingham and Beta Test Records. A beta test involves taking something from the studio to a limited audience for testing. As such, Beta tests the crossover between experimental architecture and dancefloor delivery, endevouring to lay down enough glitches to scratch your bass beard whilst breaking funkier than James Brown’s good foot.
