London UK’s Benneythewitch is DJ/Prod for Seattle DnB collective Heavy Artillery. Residents Benneythewitch Baastik+MC J Sonic’s memorable shows feat. GloPerformers Dancers+special guest DJs. The krew have a loyal fanbase @ their own/other busy nites in clubs/venues incl Supernova Kremwerk+Chop Suey. Benney uses a DJS1000 to trigger samples live in his hi-octane sets. In Stockholm’s iconic KMH Studios (Abba, Snap) Benney’s 1st break (AKA Ben Cleverdon) came as co-writer of 90s Swedish act Clubland’s global Classic-House hit Come Rain Come Shine (Hurley, Morales, Kupper). Prod work spanned majors EMI, Island+his own Fat Lady Records whose Techno project Electric Sheep saw the track Brain Reaction on MTV’s playlist. Other credits incl. Synth Gods Mobile Homes anthem The Next Song, a Levi’s Ad + Love Kings debut LP Shark. L8r in London Benney Managed late Rave legend Guru Josh, re-launching his career thru a promo campaign & tour that saw the 90s hit Infinity remix re-enter global charts.
