BIO:
Benjamin Norman Pierce is a professional dishwasher with BA's in Philosophy, History, and English. He lived in Sophia, Bulgaria for two and a half years, participating in the expatriate writing circles there, and taking time to learn painting. He has had graphics and writing published in in a variety of literary journals, and has displayed art in a variety of venues around Madison. He self-published a novel, "Snuck Past Death and Sleep." and has an album of Lovecraft-inspired ambient music,"Al-Azif". He was an enthusiastic participant in the 2011 occupation of the Wisconsin state capitol building.
