Founder of the movement beVIBES, Omar Benchèk aka “B E N C H E K”, was born in Casablanca in Morocco. Growing up in Casablanca means being raised by african vibes.

He starts to gain recognition in 2016 as he won the DEFECTED x Point Blank competition and he had the opportunity to play at the Ministry of Sound club in London. He was invited to warm up the party for such big names: Roger Sanchez, Dario D’attis and Sam Divine.

His talents shine so bright that he was invited to play in Well-known clubs in Paris such as:
Le Pigallion, Barapapa, Panic Room, Lab Festival, Candy Shop… But also in other countries: for @thedjoonexperience Festival in Favignana in Italy, and in Ibiza for the Closing of the @ibizaseaparty

His remixes gain serious support from international DJs and in the support list Manoo’s name stands out.
