I started DJing back in the late 80s in SoCal, spinning mostly hip hop and freestyle music on a radio shack mixer and belt driven turntables. A lot of fellow Filipino-Americans that I grew up with excelled at either DJing or break dancing. At the time, this was our main outlet of expression and for some, public recognition.

As the music evolved and new DJ technology emerged, it naturally sparked my interest, so here are the results.
