Born and raised in Salinas, Ca., DJ D:Ave has loved electronic music ever since hearing the breakdowns of NightCrawlers, "Push Feeling On." Which later was a transformation into his love for West Coast Hip Hop.

DJ D:Ave has a West Coast Jazzy House and West Coast Hip-Hop and loves artists such as JT Donaldson and Mark Farina. His favorite artists are Lawn Chair Generals and Oliver$. D:Ave has over 100 + gigs a year throughout the Bay Area, which includes, his weekly nightclub gig in Santa Cruz, Ca at Rosies McCannes. He has headlined with Reality Stars, Real and Chance of "I Love New York," to major Hip Hop artists like E-40 and Too Short

He can be found in Santa Cruz and Salinas area on any given night and during the week, he travels to San Francisco to do monthly house gigs.

D:Ave has a great foundation in West Coast House music and now has transformed into Hip Hop and Neo-Soul. His talents range from a wide variety of music and his love for music fuels the nightclubs.
