One of the original pioneers/purveyors of Ital/Acid House music in Perth (Scotland) in the late 1980's/early 1990's being an original resident at the once mighty and now fabled club that was Roxannes, Barrie had a messy (but very enjoyable) 1990's being a regular at the Rhumba Club (Edinburgh/Arbroath, Scotland) and at Mike C's spectacularly hedonistic nights like Sexo Sexo, Fire, Trancid and Equinox (he is still here to tell the tale!). Having drifted South towards Leeds (England) at the back end of the 1990's and DJ'ing at various reputable club nights, a plan was hatched and he headed for the warmer climes of Sunny Spain in 2000. He DJ'd in and around Barcelona/Catalonia as one half of "Virtuoso's UK" for a few years before returning to home shores.
