Filipe Barral is an Electronic Music Producer and DJ, 17 years old and currently lives in Bom Despacho, Minas Gerais. He met the Drum and Bass rhythm through videogames, where he went after to learn more about the genre and its aspects and, consequently, started producing in 2020. Besides Drum and Bass, he works with Phonk, a genre that emerged mixing Memphis rap and samples from the 80s-90s with the Trap beat.

Working with various subgenres of Drum and Bass, from Liquid to Jungle, Barral holds releases on the DNBB Records (Liquid Flow) and Mystical Waves Recordings labels, the label created and founded in August 2021. And besides Drum and Bass, he always seeks to explore other genres of electronic music, such as Phonk, House and Garage.

Besides his main genre, Drum and Bass, Filipe has started a new project "BVRRVL", in which the main focus is Drift Phonk, with predominant use of cowbells, strong bass and distortions present in the music.
