Q-Fu is DJing since 1996. He began as a strict Funk DJ and started soon to mix different styles into his funky set. Nowadays he can choose music in one style or he’s flowing through different music styles. His favorite music styles are Soul, Funk, Jazz, Reggae, New Beats, Rap Music, Latin Soul and sometimes Rock. Even when he’s constant in good music quality, he’s surprising with unexpected style changes and fresh titles.
Q-Fu is known for the Partylabels he was involved called Reizkocher and Planet Booga. He is having his own radio transmission called Universoul since 2001. Since 2004 he’s producing the transmission together with DJ Pfaff Cäsi. They are once in a month on Radio LoRa, 97,5MHz in Zürich and on Radio Stadtfilter 96.3 MHz in Winterthur. Universoul had already guest appearances on Radio SwissAir, Stadtfilter, Radio Radius and Rundfunk.fm. Many remarkable guets have already shown up in the studio.
