That’s how BAE2BAE describes their DJ-duo, containing Charlotte and Oona. Their musical selections are their own therapy, with vibrant, colorful heavy beats and energetic, contagious floor fillers that are easy to sing along to.
Very active members of the LGBT+ community, BAE2BAE are no strangers to the ups-and-downs of being a minority on a patriarchal music scene. While they started to DJ together not too long ago, live music, singing and playing instruments has always been a big part of their lives. Before starting BAE2BAE, Charlotte and Oona also travelled around Europe to DJ professionally with other projects since 2014. Some of their music career highlights before BAE2BAE are; getting to the final auditions on ”The X-Factor”, ”Sweden's Got Talent” and swedish ”Idol”. Together they got to the final auditions on ”London Pride’s Got Talent”.
