🔊🔊🔊 London Pirate Radio stations of the '90s were my main inspiration. Dream FM, Don Fm, Flex and Kool. Oldskool hardcore breakbeats are my first love. Learnt to mix on belt drive soundlabs and had my first gig at the Kingston Mill alongside Big Ian from F.R.S soundsystem and Mike Ash (Interface) of Rising High fame who I also hung out with on millennium new year's eve. (You'll have to ask me privately about that story!) The early naughties I branched out into techno and electro spending many nights at Birmingham's House of God and Atomic Jam but I've always come back to the breakbeat hardcore and never stopped collecting vinyl. Proud to have spun for the finest oldskool night of them all - Distant Planet alongside Krome & Time as well as good friends and total legends Louise+1 and Hughesee. Been introducing Portuguese locals to oldskool rave since moving to Coimbra in 2018 where I built myself a studio known as the Bad Anthill cos it's basically a mound of earth and my name's Ant.
