Wanting to be On-Air Personalities as well as mixers, we took an Overnight position (2a-6a) on 102JAMZ Orlando and when we were ready, a shot at 10p-2a Hosting & Mixing. After 2 years of #1 ratings we “Officially” took over the night show (6p-10p) and stayed #1 for another 6 years. Wanting more we moved to Miami to take a job at Power 96 where really focused on the “Craft” of radio. After completing our contracts we decided to take a chance on a “Start-Up” station in West Palm Beach called X1023. We were an instant success and for the next 10 years kept a #1 show for 38 out of 40 books (Arbitron).
We have an understanding of Pro Tools, Adobe, Sound Forge, Vox Pro, Audio Vault & do most of our own production. Plus we understand that radio is “Theater Of The Mind, Brevity Is The Soul Of Wit & Music Is The Star (Not Us).” Two “Identical Twin” On-Air & Mixing talents with the experience of a veteran, yet humble enough to be “Teachable” in this PPM world of radio.
