With summer underway in Australia most people are attempting to stick to their new year's fitness resolutions in order to feel more confident sashaying down the beach.

Celebrity personal trainer Jono Castano Acero has been working with model and fashion designer Indy Clinton for a little over six months now - and a recent transformation photo showed just how far the 21-year-old has come.

Following Jono's program the Acero Training Series the Sydney-based woman was finally able to achieve the derrière of her dreams - and tone her core and arms alongside it.
