The neverending ice fields and deserts, prayers for the sun and rituals of the night, tribes in the jungles and sole striders of the plains. Arkaik is the journey into unknown, the knowledge lost thousands of years ago, the paths that hadn't been stepped on for ages and the long forgotten valleys, caves and islands.
The compilation starts just before sunset, with soft archaic and melancholic tones, then dives into the the night with ritualistic industrial loops, explores the darkness carefully surrounded by the calm soundscapes and meets its destiny in the unsecure dawn, with shadows moving behind every tree and chants being singed somewhere close and far at the same time.
