Attentat is a Denver based DJ/Producer/Promoter. For over a decade Attentat has participated in every aspect of the American electronic music scene. As a DJ he has played some of the more respected events and venues the United States offers, including multiple appearances at The Bunker in New York and an appearance at the Decibel Festival in Seattle. As a producer Attentat has released on such labels as Dope Recordings, Wolf + Lamb, and Geometricdeck. Attentat is also a founding member of Communikey, a Boulder based collective with years of dedication to building the scene in Colorado. Most recently Attentat has focused his energies as a co-curator for the production crew, blog, and label Make Mistakes. For Attentat the goal desired in all these endeavors is to foster the growth of underground dance culture, which he sees as a mechanism capable of counteracting the negative effects of an ever-expanding individualistic society that worships selfishness over selflessness.
