aqb is an independent arts centre in Budapest, Hungary. Established in 2012, it is located in the former Haggenmacher Brewery, a renovated industrial complex that today serves as a home to artists, creative professionals, and cultural initiatives.

aqb brings together artist studios, exhibition spaces, residency programmes, and creative enterprises within a shared ecosystem. The centre hosts an international residency programme, provides space for experimental sound practices, and presents contemporary art exhibitions through aqb Project Space, its non-profit gallery.

Over the years, aqb has developed into a vibrant community of visual artists, musicians, designers, performers, researchers, and cultural practitioners. Alongside supporting artistic production and exchange, aqb organises exhibitions, public programmes, and events that foster connections between local audiences and international cultural networks.
