⁠GayBarchives is a digital initiative and community-driven archive dedicated to preserving the history, culture, and personal narratives of LGBTQ+ bars and nightclubs.
Founded in 2019 by journalist Art Smith, it functions as a "living museum" to document beloved, defunct venues as well as current safe spaces.

The Digital Archive: Contains over 5,500 domestic and international historical bar logos, vintage ads, matchbooks, and memorabilia.
Community Storytelling: The ⁠GayBarchives Facebook Group has grown into a highly active community exceeding 65,000 members who share personal memories, photos, and stories of their clubbing days.
