Did you know Ozone is Diamagnetic, it produces an electromagnetic force! It dissolves into Di-Oxygen, which is also diamagnetic, after it releases one of it's oxygen atoms. Radioactive Elements are attracted to magnetism, while the Gamma-Rays and Photons exciting the elements in the ocean due to Fukishama would be deflected by this field -I believe-. This would at least bring all the radiation in the oceans all at the same place, it would allow us to control oceanic radioactivity and organize it into safe-zones!
