Shine is an interval ride on a climb with 5 min long sets ending up with a typical anaerobic effort - an all out one10-15 secs long (sprint mvm on a climb). sSpice up intensity gradually along the way and keep up for the best in the last 20 secs long ending phase: turn up resistance, standing climb mvm, fake the rhythm an go over the mountain pass with speed! We have the possibility to do this up to 6 times; every time a different technique is applied to increase effort up to the anaerobic capacity target (subscribe on patreon for a full detailed ride sheet profile): recover times are needed after each effort: these times will be spent on flat sections.
