From the depths of a London laboratory comes ARCADE PONY, a new imprint at the bleeding-edge of electronic music. Building on their successful releases with Arcade Pony's big brother Hottwerk Records, John Taylor and Arif Salih (of the infamous Punx Soundcheck/Chanty Poe) are using the new label to bring emerging new discoveries to the forefront and to showcase their own dancefloor-rocking productions. So far, releases by Punx Soundcheck and Re:Raw have gained excellent reviews and global airplay, and the forthcoming retooled classic “Rock The Funky Beat” has been setting dancefloors and radios on fire the world over. Forthcoming releases by Krucy Darkstar, Tronik Youth, and others, look set to follow suit...
With a healthy disregard for the boundaries of genre and a mission to bring only the freshest meat to the party, Arcade Pony will be one of the labels to rewrite the rulebook in 2010.
