A Person Disguised as People is a record label owned and operated by Ian Doig-Phaneuf in London, Canada. APDAP also functions as a blog through London Fuse, and a radio program through 94.9 CHRW.

Initiated in 2014 with the release of the compilation Forest City Series, Vol. 1 (Download/Ltd. Cassette), which featured 12 tracks by local and regional electronic artists, the label is now home to projects by Zachary Gray, Para Palabras, O'Haara, and Worldcatcher.
