At Motlow State Community College in Tennessee, Dr. Kinkel oversaw the implementation of innovative student success initiatives, including a Completion Coach model that significantly improved retention rates. Under his leadership, Motlow State became Tennessee's fastest-growing college, with dual enrollment increasing by 30 percent every semester during his time there.
