al has been spinning records since the mid to late 90's. he has played numerous parties, and club night's!! his first residency was at red(1999), in rochester, along side rochester legend dv8/john slater, spinning house/tribal house/prog-house.
before that, he was instrumental in throwing the now famous "cabin fever" parties, along side mikey salvaggio and davis nugyn, these parties helped bring the new styles of "break beat" to rochester ny.

in february (1999), al met owen the soy boy aka dj owe, lae'kobiashi of the dba and they introduced al to techno, which he was immediately hooked!! influences include, marco carola, ben simms, anything off of primate, tronic, and/or intec, rob morley, john slater, dv8, adam beyer, christian smith, angel alanis
