We were in Tokyo holidaying & training in Aikido with Maruyama Sensei and saw gardens, temples and the tree where the founder of Rieki was inspired - great motivation to help my teacher Denis Burke Sensei with Aikido at Fyfield

I trained in Aikido with Denis Burke Sensei and am an Aikido Instructor- it's great for self development . It helps me perform when pressured without fighting or forcing myself, without backing off, but by making connection with others and coming up with a positive solution.
I can highly recommend Denis Burke Sensei's classes in Fyfield and London and Maruyama Sensei's annual seminar in Andover usually in July.
