Angelo Gala, aka Galash, born in 1980 in Salento (Puglia, Italy) becomes passionate about House music when in 1996 starts the influence of techno-progressive music in his homeland, what fascinates him.
Always in the quest of finding new tracks, he gets frequently lost looking for new music sensations without forgetting the “old school”, being these his main sources of inspiration: Funk music from the late ‘70s, House music, the one born in night clubs in Chicago in the 80’s, Disco music and Garage house. Top DJs such as Frankie Knuckles, David Mancuso, Larry Levan among others, are examples to follow for him in the art of DJing. Nowadays, the new European House music, principally from Germany, has become the main source of inspiration for his sessions that range from Deep House to Techno with a hint of Funk.
Lately he has performed in different parts of Italy such as Pisa (Tuscany), Brescia (Lombardy) and Puglia.
