"Some call it Techno, I call it Energy - pure Energy" Andy Warhell, originally Nils Vari. I was born 1982 in Bochum and grew up in Großostheim-Ringheim a village close to Aschaffenburg. I have always been amazed by technical things in the Era of accelerated progress, constant computer innovations& electronic booms. When Techno became a constant part of VIVA & MTV, having keyboard lessons was considered to be cool and computers just came into random households. It was the time of the first climax for electronic music through events like the loveparade and friday evenings HR3 Clubnight radio emissions. Techno became tasty in times of Grunge, Punk, Rock, & Hip Hop. Not far from my Doorsteps lies Frankfurt am Main, one of the electronic empire cities whose magic boosted my attention. After my first club visits in OMEN, Stammheim, Tresor& neue Heimat my sense for Rhythm& Groove was sharpened intensively. It felt like my Phantasy didn´t know any more limits
