I am a Solutions Facilitator at heart.
Problems always seem to find their way to me.
So I gather, allocate, and direct the resources to resolve them.
Occasionally, I find the solution is to eliminate the source.

I have no tolerance for the irresponsible, the lazy, or the deceitful.

I like to work efficiently, and love to play hard.
My passions are my daughter Julianne, and anything outdoors.
