Andy’s radio career started back in the 1970s when he was a presenter for Radio Victory in Portsmouth on The Wonderful Wobbly Wireless Show, and for Portsmouth Hospital Radio.

Since then he has appeared on Capital Gold, BBC Radio London, Wandsworth Radio, Riverside Radio Radio Victory, MTR in Canada.

For 6 years, Andy presented for Maritime Radio in London, where he won the Gold Award for HOORAY 4 MUSICALS in the 2024 Community Radio Awards.

Andy is a stage manager by profession, and started his career in the theatre, working for Paul Raymond at the world-famous Raymond Revue-bar strip club, and Madame Jojo’s drag club, among others.

Theatre has included the West-End productions of Blood Brothers, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, The Mousetrap, An Ideal Husband, From a Jack To a King, Eddie Izzard – Live At The Ambassadors, and recently as Company Manager on Thriller Live.
