Margo Wu is a classically-trained violinist who seeks to transmit and amuse sound through multi-genre live music and collaborative work in goals of achieving a mind, body, and spirit connection. Margo grew up in a musical family and pursued her dreams starting with a BA from UCLA Music Performance under the tutelage of Movses Pogossian and Guillaume Sutre of the Ysaye Quartet. She has performed and studied with international acclaimed classical, jazz, and eclectic artists while also continuing to collaborate with people of different backgrounds from different cultures sharing her love of music outside of Classical Music. She has played as a live soloist, a collaborative Artist, studio work in multiple genres and multiple settings (outdoors, world-class venues Mandalay Bay, Walt Disney Concert Hall, American Airlines Stadium, galleries, public/private events) including Ambient, Hip-hop, Electronic, Folk/Country, Argentinian Tango, Movie Soundtracks and Healing music.
