Existentialism is a philosophy that emphasizes individual existence and the ability to be aware of oneself in space..freedom and choice..It is the view that humans define their own meaning in life and try to make rational decisions despite existing in an irrational universe like this moment in time..it has to do with human existence..If you wrestle with big questions involving the meaning of life you may be having an existential crisis..Existential can also relate to existence in a more concrete way like listening to more music and enjoying what surrounds you...x
