One third of the head honcho's of artfuldivision, Cecil hails from the midlands city of Leicester, that recently has become less known for it's hosiery and more for it's deep house.

Cecil was brought up on a diet of 80's indie music, Jazz, Reggae, blues, Hip-Hop and whatever else he found in his mum's vinyl stacks. He soon discovered House and with it the early sounds of Detroit, Chicago, and New Jersey.
