I'm 46 years old this year and I always try to live a simple life because without even trying life can be difficult. I've always been aware of health and wellness issues and I enjoy doing research and study of these subjects.It is a vast field with much more research and insight left unchartered. My family is the most important thing in my life and always will be.Heather , my beautiful wife , and my sons Marvin, Wesley and Jason all make life a dream for me.Family and friends also form an enormous part of my life.I am a firm believer in core values and make concerted efforts to keep these balanced.
