This is a reflection of a reading I did for my college class at Iowa State University.

TECHNOLOGY RUBRIC
Objective: use technology to produce (appropriate kinder level) class work
1- Student is unable to use mouse properly to write name. There are scribbles on the computer screen.
2- Student is able to use computer mouse to write name with teacher support. Name is somewhat legible because control of mouse is minimal.
3- Student is able to use computer mouse to write name. First name is legible because control of the mouse is good.
4-Student has good control of computer mouse. First and/or last name is written in a smooth and legible manner, similar to handwriting.
