AlFred Velasco (VelascoM) is a DJ born in Lima Peru, based in Rockhampton QLD. At the age of 13 his older cousin played a video of Fatboy Slim live at Big Beach Boutique in 2002, since that day AlFred developed so much love for electronic music such as House, Techno and more.
His passion for electronic music has led him to start his career at a young age of 15 by participating in different festivals, radios around the Lima’s scene being influenced by renowned national and international DJ’s such as Fatboy Slim, Richie Hawtin, Jamie Jones, Super Flu, Kaiserdisco, M.A.N.D.Y, Joris Voorn, Guti, Carl Cox, Hector, Hernan Cattaneo, Luciano, Mathias Kaden, Sonny Fodera, Solomun and much more.
His style varies between House and Tech-House with groovy bass-lines, deep sounds and pronounce vocals.
